UKCIG perversely welcomes Nationwides 25% projection in the fall of UK property values

Yesterday the Chief Executive of Nationwide Graham Beale announced that he expected the value of property in the UK to fall in the region of 25% since the peak of last August. Those closer to the government for sometimes have been trying to play down the fall in property values in an attempt avoid any decrease of consumer confidence in the property market.

The fall in the value of the UK property markets have been something that UKCIG as a developer have been anticipating and voicing to respective clients for some time now.
Those that are willing to embrace the oversea's markets have been for sometime receiving better yields than the UK has to offer and still continue to make good returns.

Places like the smaller Emirates of the UAE are still providing investors with double digit returns in property in numbers of months as a pose to year's. If there is any curiousity I would suggest to visit the UKCIG website.

UKCIG witness a fall of 10.5% in the value of property in the U.K

Earlier today in the mass media the fourth largest mortgage lender in the UK Nationwide announced that in the last year property prices in the UK have fallen by 10.5%. House prices in the UK have fallen for 10 straight months in a row and economist's have forecast potentially a fall of 35% since the peak.

This is one of the main reasons that UKCIG has been limiting its own as well as their clients exposure to property in the UK.

Even though large parts of the world's property market's look to be contracting UKCIG has still identified area's where property prices aer still appreciating due to robust economies and large shortages of property.

If you want to learn more about some of these regions have a little over some of our projects in the UAE.

Dubai Property Market Article

For some time now property speculators have been buying up large amounts of residential property in Dubai with the intention of making a profit. This in it self has contributed to the massive increase in the value of property in a small period of time. Many are worried that once the market is flooded with completed projects the market will fall dramatically. There is an article that relates specifically to this matter that can be found here. Will the Dubai property market implode.

UKCIG outline's visa process in Ajman

As many who closely follow real estate news in the UAE will know, the laws surrounding visa applications and visa granting have now changed.

UKCIG has been trying to collate infomration relating to all of the Emirates but as of yet can only definitively comment on Ajman. We now know that people purchasing property in Dubai will not be guaranteed visa's.

From statements released by various government organisations the reasoning behind the majority of the changes has been to curb the ever growing problem of illegal workers and immigration.

UKCIG has learnt that visa's will be renewed now every year in the Emirate of Ajman as a pose to every 3 years as previous. Residency visa's will also only be issued once the buyer gets posession of an apartment, and the developer issues a no objection letter.

For more information I would suggest visiting the Zawa News website to find out about visa requirements in Ajman.
